Cancellation / Refund Policy
At Align With Gigi, I try to accommodate cancellations and reschedules as much as possible because I know that life happens! Per the email that is sent to you after each appointment made, you are allotted up to 24 hours to cancel/reschedule your appointment at your will and pick another day/time that will work better for your schedule. You will see the link to cancel/reschedule at the bottom of your booking email. I try to make it as easy as possible for you!
Since payment is due when booking, if you need to cancel WITHOUT rescheduling, I am happy to refund you the full amount of the massage bodywork session up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Once you cancel your appointment through the email, shoot me an email as well at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to the refund request and I will put it all through for you without a problem. You can expect your refund within 24-72 hours.
If there is a no show situation OR a cancellation post the allotted 24-hour window, there WILL NOT be a refund. If this happens, email me at email@example.com to let me know you need to cancel; the cancel/reschedule link will be disabled once you hit the 24-hour mark before your appointment. (I encourage you to please communicate with me! No shows are no fun!)
Please take a moment to understand that each slot is time that I could be helping to heal another individual & also my time/energy invested into the love of my practice: any no shows/cancellations at the last minute will result in NO REFUND. In this event, please feel free to book a new appointment by checking my availability at www.alignwithgigi.com/schedule/. Even if you no show or cancel, my doors will always be welcome to you. No worries at all, just reach out to me!
