Pre-Session Guided Meditation
Do you tend to have a hard time cutting off your mental train of thought? Can’t seem to relax enough to get the full benefit of a session? Have trouble with prepping your mind to quiet down? I offer pre-session guided meditation in order to help in stopping your “constantly-going” brain to just BE in the moment.
I will perform the meditation with you prior to starting your massage session. It will include guided breathing and relaxation mantras to quiet your mind and put your mind/body in a calm state.
The self-awareness of massage therapy starts when the client knows they have a job while on the table: to welcome healing. When you can train your mind to be aligned with your body session to receive healing, you will reap the true benefits of massage therapy.
